This article starts from the Foucaultanian notions of biopower and discipline, deal- ing with the strategies of the modern and contemporary capitalism. Introducing the term biopower into his research, Foucault is alluding to a series of transformations re- lated to the capitalist system: life enters into the scope of power in terms of \u201ccontrolled insertion of bodies\u201d in the social apparatus of production, as well as in terms of an \u201cadaptation of population phenomena to economic processes\u201d. It involves the exchange of services on which the Fordist social pact was founded in the twentieth century. The life that is claimed in and against the relationship of capital concerns \u201cneeds\u201d that refer to a \u201cconcrete essence of man\u201d. In the undeniable awareness of a \u201ctriangulation\u201d between sovereignty, discipline and biopower, the author, as a criterion for reading the dynamics of contemporary power, analyzes the theme of control referring to Deleuze. This is de- lineated in the double form of \u201cbiopolitical algorithms\u201d and of the normalization that by means of the selection and targeted processing of big data and information packages, incessantly produced by social activity in and on the network, capture forms of life at the service of capitalism

This is delineated in the double form of “biopolitical algorithms” and of the normalization that by means of the selection and targeted processing of big data and information packages, incessantly produced by social activity in and on the network, capture forms of life at the service of capitalism.Este artículo se desarrolla a partir de las nociones foucaultianas de biopoder y disciplina relacionadas con las estrategias del capitalismo moderno y contemporáneo. Al introducir el término biopoder en su investigación, Foucault alude a la serie de transformaciones relacionadas con el sistema capitalista con las cuales la vida entra dentro del alcance del poder en términos de “inserción controlada de los cuerpos” en el aparato social de producción, como también en términos de una “adaptación de los fenómenos sociales a los procesos económicos”. Involucra el intercambio de servicios sobre el cual fue fundado el pacto social fordista en el siglo XX. La vida que se reclama en y contra la relación del capital se refiere a las “necesidades” que aluden a una “esencia concreta del hombre”. En la innegable “triangulación” entre soberanía, disciplina y biopoder, y como un criterio para leer la dinámica del poder contemporáneo, el autor analiza el tema del control que se refiere a Deleuze. Esto es delineado en la doble forma de “algoritmos biopolíticos” y en la normalización que, por medio de la selección y el procesamiento dirigido de big data y paquetes informáticos, producidos de manera incesante por la actividad social dentro y en la red, captura formas de vida al servicio del capitalismo

Líneas de investigación sobre la historia del concepto de sociedad. La conclusión sociológica y la transición gubernamental

El liberalismo decimonónico tuvo que imaginar nuevos saberes y nuevas técnicas de gobierno para poder dejar sin efecto al explosivo potencial de la coyuntura. Separar sociedad y Estado pero con la intención de redefinir las posibilidades y tiempos de su recomposición es el modo mediante el cual juristas, científicos sociales y teóricos de la política hacen evidente un problema que atañe a lo que se define como una patología específica de la democracia. Individuos emancipados por el establecimiento de clases, que deben redefinir las razones de un vínculo entre ellos manteniendo intactas las condiciones que han permitido su individuación y las oportunidades de movilidad que consiguen por su liberación social. Para dibujar la curva de tránsito "de la sociedad a la sociología " es necesario no sólo situar el problema en el contexto más general de problemas del liberalismo europeo, sino también acentuar, respecto a este último, la importancia que la transición decimonónica dota al sistema de las ciencias del Estado

HISTORIA DE LOS CONCEPTOS, HISTORIA CONSTITUCIONAL, FILOSOFÍA POLÍTICA. SOBRE EL PROBLEMA DEL LÉXICO POLÍTICO MODERNO

Reinhart Koselleck, en un ensayo ya famoso, en el que discutía acerca del problema y estatuto metodológico de la historia de los conceptos, distinguió al menos tres fases principales en su desarrollo. Originariamente, la historia de los conceptos se presenta como un riguroso instrumento hermenéutico para la interpretación de las fuentes históricas. En este sentido, asume un papel simplemente auxiliar de la historia social. Sólo en un segundo momento, en el ámbito de la historiografía constitucional alemana, la historia de los conceptos tiene como objeto impedir la incorrecta aplicación al pasado de expresiones y conceptos de la vida jurídica del presente. Finalmente, la historia conceptual se ha propuesto como crítica de la historia de las ideas, con lo cual ya no tiene sentido el presupuesto de que las ideas son «baremos constantes que sólo se articulaban en diferentes configuraciones históricas sin modificarse esencialmente»

Reinhart Koselleck's Historik , following german classic hermeneutics, represents an important philosophical attempt in formalizing the trascendental categories for historical experience of time. The article focuses on Koselleck's attemp and try to demonstrate that, referring to Kant's philosophy of history and as Michel Foucault did, Koselleck assumes, in a circular way, the formal criteria for his Historik from the experience of temporalization and acceleration of history which mark modernity as an epoch
